We had dinner at Pu Tien Restaurant at Tampines Mall. Although not a lot of selections but at least it is a fresh change from the typical cantonese restaurant.



We tried:
1) Braised Pig Intestine
It was nicer when hot, but slowly when it is cold, we are not sure why it taste bitter
2) Cold Jelly Fish Head
Perhaps because it is the jelly fish head, it was so Q, more like very hard to bite on
3) Homemade Beancurd
Very nice and smooth, all of us like this. Xavier like this with his rice
4) Honey Glazed Pork Rib
Not bad, crispy and sweet
5) Blueberry Shan Yao
Nice and Fresh Conbination. The Shan yao is cripsy and goes well with the sauce.
7) Bao
I like this bao a lot, cant remember the exact name. So nice when eaten hot. The stuffing instead is very nice with glass noodle and meat.Labels: Eating in Singapore



This is still my favourite restaurant for streak. But the only con is there is no baby high chair, so it is not so family friendly.Labels: Eating in Singapore
